Pear tree are easy to propagate But they never grow tap root keep blowing over every wind you get will never have a tree 6:03

About 20 years back I had a small patch show up in my yard. I was a bit on the angry side when I saw them. I grabbed my torch like you have. They were green and not yet brown. I burned them til they were black in color and they never came back. I have told people ever since this is how you get rid of them. The heat kills the plant, not just the seeds, but the whole plant. The roots die and it's all over.

This is the most useful vid I've seen on propagating trees from cuttings. I was wondering why my cuttings were rotting when I had them 3/4 immersed in water, I'll try that in 1 inch. Cheers mate!

So i have started 6 peach and 6 apple cutting. After less than 2 weeks one of the peach is leafing out ( 2 leaves) should i let it be or trim the leaves short to keep moisture in until it roots?
